Popcorn is the only fundraiser for Pack 200.

Popcorn sales starts in September and lasts into October.

If you choose Show-and-Deliver, you will hand the customer the popcorn when they pay, so you are done whenthe sale is over.
If you choose Take-Order, then you will have to get the popcorn in November and take it back around to all the paid customers from September/October.

Popcorn Kernel and Co-Kernel(s):

AUGUST to DECEMBER
Present pep rally to Scouts at September Pack Meeting.
Design popcorn bundle with CM and Chairman input.
Locate a popcorn "warehouse" for the Pack stock.
Guide families on decision-making (bundles versus Take-Order and Pack Risk).
Coordinate the Pack's Popcorn Pick-up from District Warehouse.
Track and coordinate dispensation of popcorn bundles to families.
Maintain communication with Popcorn Parents through selling season.
Coordinate weekly trade-ins and trade-outs to help families fulfill delivery needs.
Maintain a visible reminder of our total sales (poster).
Coordinate Popcorn Turn-in from families.
Deliver funds to District and Pack Treasurer.
Coordinate delivery of prizes to Scouts.
Coordinate creation and delivery of award plaques to top-selling Scouts.

SEPTEMBER to OCTOBER
Help Popcorn Kernel communicate to your Den's families during the selling season.
Report weekly sales numbers back to Kernels.
Award weekly prizes to Scouts in the Den who sold the most/best for each week.
Check-in with families on their sales and efforts.
