Treasurer’s Report

  • Jimmy, Charlie, Hans, and Todd still *really* need to meet at Bank.
  • Distribute Den money at the beginning of the school year (Sept)
  • Financial Pie Chart for Pack meeting will be discussed at Committee Meeting.

Advancement, Recognition, PackMaster

  • Jimmy / Gantt meeting occurred. Internet Advancement should work. One typo left to fix.
  • Seven youth applications turned into Gantt/council.

  • Parents info table. Forms and writing instruments for new families.
  • Den 7 to perform a song and then teach a song.
  • Den 2 open and Den 1 close.

  • Bear ranks are growing. Need a second leader.
  • Wolf Assist. Den leaders need forms.

Patriots Point - Yorktown - Den 7&8

  • Nov 11th noon (Veteran's Day) - 13th
  • This week get info out
  • Yorktown money due in Sept.
  • Info is going on Pack web
  • $47 per scount / $47 per Adult Webelos II leader / $94 for other parents
  • BSA transport policy on age of busses requires carpooling

Popcorn

  • Sept 15th - popcorn pick up
    • Volunteers needed
  • Sept 17th - Popcorn kick off
  • We will sell popcorn at FUMC Sept 17, 2017!!

Training

  • Univ. of Scouting - Nov 05, 2016

Camping

  • Camp Agapé booked. We need a per person night count, that is how they charge.
  • Need someone for camping committee, Jimmy is doing science with Bears on Tuesday.
  • Jimmy would love a web landing page with info by the Pack meeting.
  • Dens will each do their campout adventures - no pack day activity
  • Den 8 will have 20 people and 18 tents

  • Charlie booked the Cary Christmas Parade
  • urgently need to book Kiwanis shelter at Bond park for Raingutter Regatta
  • For Raingutter, we should pre-buy award "devices"
