We like Committee members! This is a non-uniformed position where one parent represents their den and provides help to plan events so den leaders can focus on the Scouting program. Basically, your job is the following:
* Take the Committee challenge training so you're fully trained * Attend 1 monthly meeting to help plan upcoming events. Also attend 2 meetings in the Summer to assist planning for the upcoming Scout calendar. * Assist the Committee Chairman with administrative and support tasks such as: ** Oversight of financials and operating information for the Pack ** Staffing for Pinewood Derby Concessions ** Getting supplies for Blue and Gold ** Planning for Year End picnic
